Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Auction Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to AfroStarDom auctions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
